Windows 7 doesn't have a driver for Microtek SanMaker 3840. Is there anything else I ca use?

Or XP mode.

seems to suggest there is no Win7 support for your scanner.

Could try the XP driver, or the Win7 driver for the 3860.

Or have a look at this, Vista drivers will probably work.

download Vuescan and see if that works with your scanner.
get the demo to try first.
