Quick question:

What would an average daily upload traffic usually be for a pc thats on 24/7?

The reason I ask is because 3gb seems awfully high for upload given that Im not uploading anything (that I know of)

Cheers

That is quite a lot.

It would seem that you are uploading something that you don't know of.

No emails stuck in the outbox? No programs like utorrent or LimeWire running in the background?

The following culd be the problem:

R3 - URLSearchHook: Vuze Remote Toolbar - {ba14329e-9550-4989-b3f2-9732e92d17cc} - C:\Program Files (x86)\Vuze_Remote\tbVuze.dll

O3 - Toolbar: Vuze Remote Toolbar - {ba14329e-9550-4989-b3f2-9732e92d17cc} - C:\Program Files (x86)\Vuze_Remote\tbVuze.dll

Vuze used to be the P2P program Azureus - so it could be allowing uploads.

Hmmmmm-- Ok try this - download process Explorer (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx) run it, and see if thers anything that looks like its causing it.

Another you vcna take a look at is TCpview (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437.aspx) it will show connections and where they are going - look for something not in use ( or you think isn't).

I have several LAN monitoring / Traffic program on a workshop PC - just cant remember their names :waughh: I'll post back soon.

One program you can also have a look at is karensLanMonitor (http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptlanmon.asp) -install it, then run, look at the Connections Tab, tick all boxes then hit display ( the button not your monitor) :D It will show all in coming and out going connections in real time, it will also show you where they are going - if unsure do a screen shot of when its going nuts and post it back here - we can have a look to see if anything makes any sense.
