Hi guys i have Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
and i have an overheating problem..
So i run SpeedFan and i got these results:

GPU 63C
CPU die -1C
Motherboard 46c
ICH 84C
MCH 67C
HD1 41C
HD0 46C
Core0 90C
Core1 87C
Core2 90C
Core3 88C
Core 63C
Ambient 0C

Are these very high?

Thanks

Yep, very high. Were they being loaded when you read these temps? I assume you are using the stock cooler. There are several explanations, and the least likely is bad contact. The second one is burnt out thermal paste. The likelier explanations are the fan has died, or the heatsink has accumulated so much dust that the airflow the fan makes does absolutely nothing.

Not sure what that CPU -1C reading is you may have a duff sensor, also speedfan is not great for test Tjunction cpu temp.

Use "RealTemp" instead and report back, also has a sensor test.
