I'm trying to download a Photoshop plugin file from a site called Topaz Adjust. The file (topazadjust402_setup) seems to download normally. However, when I try to open the file, (suffix .zip) with the evaluation version of Winzip, which I have also just downloaded, I keep getting the message "Cannot open file. Does not appear to be a valid archive." Any suggestions?

That doesn't work either, dammit. 7Zip tells me it cannot open the file as archive.

Open OE, go to Tools/Options/Security Tab and uncheck-"Do not allow attachments to be saved & opened that could potentially be a virus"
Click apply, then OK and try again. If the file still won't open, then it's corrupted. Be sure to put the check mark back again when you have finished. Also make sure your anti-virus application is up to date.
