Dad gets a holiday, daughter gets pony, mother gets massive grazing and vet bills, after buying a zillion $$$$ of pony harness and rider's fashionable "must-haves".
I reckon that Mum will be belching fire & brimstone.

That reminds me.

Man rushes home and exclaims "I've won Lotto, I've won Lotto"

The wife asks, "Where shall we go? The mountains? The beach?"

Man replies "I don't care, just get out!"

When good things like this happen I sometimes wonder if there might be a god.

Yes there is a God, and I'm sure s/he smiled on me the night my wife and I split. Me and a mate went to South Sydney Leagues Club to celebrate and get plastered and play pokies (as you do). And then, the sound of sirens, horns, and hooters filled the room, accompanied by much flashing of lights from my machine. Not being a player, I didn't have a clue what was happening, and my mate stopped me playing on just in time. Prize was A$10K which in 1970 was an appreciable amount. The ex didn't get a look in. Very sad :p

I think I might get religious if I hear any more happy stories like this.
