Nokia have always had a good name, Sony Ericsson aren't bad either. What network/price range are you looking at?

I am looking at getting something between $100-$150

I would agree with Nokia, have used several brands but Nokia is my personal favourite for ease of setup, menu selection etc.

Have a look there, they have some specials on lower end phones right at the mo. The 2330 is good value there, can't get it off TM for under $100.

So it looks like it will be a Nokia to purchase. Sounds like a reliable brand.

I have a Nokia and Sony Ericsson. Both are good but overall and at your price I would go for Nokia.

When I update I will get another Sony Ericsson in the $400+ range - the SE cameras are awesome and not the VGA cr*p or even 2 mp cr*p that most cellphones have.

I'd go with Nokia, my first one was in 1989 and it set the standard then for logical menus and ease of use. I was lured away by Motorola's first clam shell phone, then back to Nokia. I'm currently using a black RAZR V3, but it's getting a bit long in the tooth and I'll probably go back to good old reliable: Nokia. :banana

Always been a fan of Finnish rifles and the fact the little guys almost beat the russians in ww2.
Never had a non nokia phone. Bit like my loyalty to Ford.

Nokia phones have the most intuitive menu system around and when they update the phones the menu just get enhanced and not actually changed
