View Full Version : For the gamers, who use Nvidia cards - 196.75 drivers may/will kill your video card

If youre using this version of the drivers, it may kill your card (because the fan control in the drivers dont work), it'll overheat. And the game you're playing will probably crash.

Can't be official Nvidia Drivers as the latest are 196.21.

* Fries your Card due to faulty fan controller.

Performance:

* Up to 13% performance increase in Crysis: Warhead with a single GPU
* Up to 30% performance increase in Crysis: Warhead with SLI technology

Not that I'm vouching for Nvidia, as both ATI and Nvidia have given me a shitload of problems....

Never had a problem with Nvidia drivers. Been using them since the TNT card days when you had to manually install the drivers.
