Hi there.
So, at school, we have outlook, and I need a copy of any email sent to me to be forwarded to my home address. Does anyone know how to do this?
:thanks

Well first thing is, if youre not the admin of the pcs at school, has it been configured so you can do this? And if the school has IT people, did you ask them?

i don't know. i can access the 'options' part in 'tools'. I guess it won't hurt to ask the IT guy, but I doubt he would.

Well thats what theyre there for. If they know nothing, what are they doing there. What version of outlook is it. If the IT guy wont do it, then it wont work, if something has been disabled

You may have to make a rule. Dont know where it is in OL 03 but in OL 07 its under tools. Go to help and type in rules. And it'll show you how to create them

If the Outlook is not configured to be able to send emails outside the school network than you will not be able to do so. Best thing to do is to check with the school IT person.

The IT person would just have to set-up a re-direction rule so that all messages would go to both your school email and personal email.
