Have you ever used Joomla to edit a website?

Lemusart (Hueybot3000) put together a website for stoswaldsanglicanchurch.org.nz and has done a great job. We are very pleased with the result.

It was brought to my attention that some people could not see all the features of the website and I realised that was most probably because they were using IE as a browser. The site looks good with no problems when viewed in Firefox but it seems that IE has difficulties.

While most people on this forum are aware of the benefits of Firefox there are many out there who use IE simply because it is there.

Please have a look with both browsers and note how the site is incomplete when viewed with IE as opposed to Firefox, particularly the Home page.

I would like the site to be compatible with IE as well as Firefox but donít know how to achieve that. Anybody had the same problems? Perhaps someone has a solution?

I work with Joomla, not html of which I have no knowledge, so although I understand that there are some errors I do not know how to rectify the problems.

Have you used Joomla? It's very good for dummies such as myself but not so good if you want a site to operate correctly in IE, it seems.

Any solutions for people who don't know html?

The problems you're having are unlikely to be related to Joomla itself - they're much more likely to be caused by whatever template Joomla is using to render the site.

Fix the template, and the problems will go.
