Thinking of building a new budget PC

Ideally I'm looking for something that overall is quiet and low-power.

Any improvements you could make on this?

PSU: corsair VX450 $129
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-E51 socket AM3 $132
CPU: Athlon II X2 245 2.9GHz (plan on undervolting) ~$104
RAM: 4x 1gb DDR3-1066 (already have this)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB $148

Case + optical drive: already have

What do you plan to use it for?

What is your budget?

Will probably be running virtualisation software, + basic internet/email stuff.

Just looking for something decent but fairly cheap without sacrificing upgradability/quality

Maybe $600 or so max?

Change that to ASUS or Gigabyte.

I'd personally change the Seagate to a Samsung F3 1TB or Western Digital 1TB (not the green drive version though).
