I've just been given a can of fish eggs. What can I cook it with?

If it's caviar, have it raw (chilled) on toast or crackers, with a light spread of mascarpone (or good cream cheese) and some avocado - squeeze of lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper. Mmmmm :drool

[Edit]...

If it's not caviar, then try a fish egg dip, eg taramosalata (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taramosalata).

I've never heard of it being cooked.

And here I'm thinking steamed fish balls (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fish_ball)

Hmmm.

I don't usuallly eat my food raw, to be honest.Try some slivers of raw eye fillet steak, sprinkled with salt and black pepper and a squeeze of lime. Delicious! Same with salmon. Nature's wonder foods!

ps - re the raw beef - avoid steak tartare unless its been freshly ground - the larger the surface area the more likely its gonna pick up unwanted bacteria.
