I have a price limit of $100-$150. anything lower that fulfills specifications is fine as well.

any good suggestions?

I'm running Windows 7, 4gb ram, intel core 2 duo 2.67 ghz processor with a shitty intel integrated q43/q45 express chipset.

I just need a decent one that will play most recent games properly. Nothing fancy.

Playtech have a 4650 for $99 (http://www.playtech.co.nz/product.php?action=showdetail&id=8542) which *should* play all your recent games (better check the system requirements for those games first though).

If you can stretch your budget by $20 you can get a 4850 for $169 (http://www.playtech.co.nz/product.php?action=showdetail&id=7942), again from Playtech.

Sorry, cheap, not fancy and capable cannot co-exist in the same piece of hardware.

Take a look at www.tomshardware.com VGA charts - that ranks them, best to worst. Then go look at prices.

All depends on the game really. Latest, FPS - no you won't get away with cheap.
Older and RPG you could use a 4850 which is fairly decent for last generations and cheap now.

For viewing porn, is an indecent graphics card required?

I've asked a similar question recently, perhaps this may help:
