Not Good. I own my own business and just had a outage for over an hour. This is not a good time of year to loose business. I have heard about link aggregation to prevent this, but do not know much about it. Can anyone help me. Thanks
Jessica

Not applicable. If your net is down due to the provider having an issue or some physical problem beyond your premises then you just have to wait on them to fix it.

Hi Jessica,
Welcome to PressF1!

First off, prevention really depends on *why* your internet went down in the first place.
Post back with your router make & model, and have a bit of a look here:

Now what you seek *is* possible, cheapest way being something like 2x AM300's hooked up to an Untangle box (Untangle.com) however it's more likely that (as pctek said) when one goes down they'll both go down due to an exchange issue IF you have decent modems.

The best thing you can do is invest in a *solid* broadband modem, keep it in a cool but accessible place out of direct sunlight, and put it on a UPS. That'll make a world of difference :)

Anyway post back with your router details

Cheers

Chill.
