I wonder if they were brought in from Aussie ??? One of the news articles (http://topnews.net.nz/content/21091-microsoft-launches-windows-7-family-pack-australia-aus249) - that was 30th Nov, then Killed by MS (http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9141858/Microsoft_kills_150_Windows_7_Family_Pack_deal) in the USA - 7th Dec.

From what I can see, none of the NZ wholesalers have them, and even on pricespy, there's only 3 companies supplying.

Calling Nathennnnnn -- can you advise / enlighten us ?????????????:D

not discontinued, but Family Pack was only ever going to be available for a limited time

It is a trial to see how well the Family Pack with 3 Home Premium Win7 Upgrades sell

They will sell out in New Zealand, just like they have overseas

If you want to take advantage of the price, get one shortly before they sell out

Cheers
Nathan

It is official stock, it hasn't been grey imported from overseas/Australia etc

Its such a good deal I am personally off to PBTech in Wellington myself to pickup some packs for family/friends Xmas presents.

I can't speak as to why the NZ wholesalers don't have or don't list

I just went into the store and bought some today as presents for my friends/family

Haggle with them to get the price you want

They respect a bit of bargaining, and cash works wonders for negotiating
