Well I took all the advice I had been given and now have installed water cooling on my computer. And it's GOOD.
On booting all four core temps are around the 40 mark, and they stay in the 40's all day.
When running FSX they slowly rise to low 60's. This is almost 20 degrees cooler than I was getting:clap:clap

The unit I have is a CORSAIR H50

More good advice from PressF1
Thanks everyone:thanks
