Hi,

I'm just wondering if its possible to put a 486 and a pentium into one machine. this includes ram hard drive... etc. i think this would distroy one machine and maybe get a average machine. is it possible though?

It depends, I assume you want to strip the 486 of anything useful and add it to the pentium.
You should have no trouble with the harddrive, floppy, cdrom etc.
The graphics card either won't work or will be worse than what you have.
Most other card will work if you have enough slots.
As for the ram, it depends on how old the 486 is, if it is 30pin ram, then it is useless. If it has 72 pin ram you may be able to use it, depending on what you pentium has / supports.

Hi S Y.
Can you be more specific as to what you want to do..
Are you trying to do what B M says and mingle components or something like put the two into one tower..??
