Hi all. I am looking for an Outlook replacement - preferably a free option. I have lots of contacts, use distribution groups, and need to keep emails filed in different categories. I also use it as my 'remind me' calendar. And lastly, I would like to be able to import all this junk from Outlook! A tall ask I realise, but thought I'd just ask what others use.

As always - TIA
Cheers
R.M. :)

Yep, thunderbird can do all that.

You may want to grab this addon for thunderbird(drag it into the TB addons window)
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/2313

It adds calendar functionality to TB, or if you prefer you could use a seperate application such as Sunbird:)

And also, just like firefox there are a variety of addons to add to the functionality of TB, and also themes to make it look the way you want. Just visit here and browse around:)

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll have a look at this/these tomorrow night. :)
