Kit of the sound proofing stuff and the rubber fan mounts. 1m of alloy angle for front of case to hold alloy sheet on. Still got to get alloy sheet.

Thanks for looking.

PS. Anyone no where i can get a sheet of alloy about 200 wide by 460mm high and round 1.5 to 2mm thick? In Christchurch.

Try Micro Wakefield for the alloy check in there scrap bin first will be cheeper than if they cut it from a full sheet.
Cheers

Picked up my aluminum for the front of the case and a xtra bit for other parts. 3mm thick stuff.

http://i713.photobucket.com/albums/ww134/Markdeg2009/Silverstone%20build/M01A0369.jpg

Designed up the template for where all holes have to go on the front. Program I use is TurboCAD Pro 16.

http://i713.photobucket.com/albums/ww134/Markdeg2009/Silverstone%20build/Casefrontpanel2.jpg

After designing in TurboCAD to scale i save it as a EPS and opened it in Adobe Illustrator CS4 and made this up. Gives you a idea on what it will look like.

http://i713.photobucket.com/albums/ww134/Markdeg2009/Silverstone%20build/Casefrontpanel1.jpg

Tomorrow im going to print the template out at work on A3 as i only have a A4 printer so hope to start cutting the panel this weekend.

Thanks for looking.

vice to hold when filing. Drill press to drill all the holes after center punching them. The 3 fan holes I used a 96mm bimetal hole saw bit in the drill press.

I have only ever got parts laszer cut 1 time and its costly but bloody nice. Find its more fun and you love the finished parts more if you make them.
