Nope its fine, stayed there for 2 mins it didnt crash. It maybe an addon if it only crashes in FF and not in safe mode

Had it open for 5 minutes while on the phone - good as gold.

Could be one addon causing a problem. Or maybe the Flash.

He said it still crashes in safe mode...so probably not an addon problem.

Might just be a compatibility issue then.

Maybe try using Corel IE Tab?

Couple of years back I had a problem with multi sites crashing in FF, even in safe mode. Gave it a damn good clean out, Removed all the addons / Plugins and then when starting in normal mode it was OK - put them back and still worked, so something was causing it.

Keeping in Mind The problem I had was multi Sites, not just one.

BUT going the Other way -- :D you can try this addon - Crash Report (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/11217) - it may tell you what actually has caused the problem. No idea if it works, only just found it ;)

Hmmm....certainly weird, cause safe mode loads up from a fresh profile and is pretty much firefox as it was first installed...

Must be that the plugins were still affecting FF when disabled...

Your last crash had signature [ @ _ftol2 ]. It is not immediately evident that it was caused by any add-on currently installed for this profile.

Have a read of This help in FF (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes) - it " May" bring some more information to the surface. ??

Uninstall it, keep the settings etc, then reinstall. See what happens
