I think it's a GUI interface using Visual Basic (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkDD03yeLnU).

I have a key that changes every 60 seconds, which I need to key in to access some applications.

If you mean me, then http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SecurID describes it nicely.

echo %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random% %random%

Odd, "decryption sequence required" (http://www.google.co.nz/search?q=%22decryption+sequence+required%22) returns no results on Google. Well, now it does.

Blam6 - thanks for that. More looking for an actual program that locks software or the entire PC and the password enter screen looks like the pic.

The Bogan - i too have one of those which i use to login to work from home, as above am looking for an actual utility program i can use on my desktop

cheers

its more of a personal "nice to have". I currently use PCLOCK but was hoping something cool looking like that for a password entry screen would be perfect if available

Get a USB flash drive with a PC lock option on it

If you're on XP or Vista, you can use this free program from StarDock called LogonStudio (http://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/). Otherwise do a search for "custom logon screen" for your choice of OS. This, of course being the "for the looks" option.
