View Full Version : printer problem with Outlook Express

The problem is that all email documents (Outlook Express) sent to the printer print about two thirds of the width of the page resulting in omission of all text on the right hand side of the printed document. This only occurs with OE docs. All other files like Word docs & spreadsheets all print ok (i.e. what you see in Print Preview is what you get when it comes out of the Canon printer.)
Tried various setting changes, tried restoring back to a date preceding this problem, and did an uninstall and re-instal of printer. No fix.
Any other ideas would be welcomed.

Just a thought.
Have you set the correct "Page Setup"

Check your printer/page setting in Internet Explorer as that is where OE gets its settings from.
