View Full Version : Flash Stick driver??

I have a 1G flash drive which I want to use on an old PC (W98). I'm not sure what brand drive the flash drive is.

QUESTION: Does anyone know of any GENERIC driver that might work?

In desperation I thought I might try a driver from
but the downloads don't work. (I'm using Firefox with scripts enabled)

Thanks in advance.

Is it win 98 or 98 SE?? 98 may not work (if the ports are USB 2)

If you have Second Edition, you could install this 'unofficial' addon. (http://exuberant.ms11.net/98sesp.html)

I remember using this years ago when I was still on 98. It added better support for USB as well as a lot of other beneficial stuff.

Remember to backup first :)

You could always try this: Windows 98 USB Mass Storage Device Drivers (http://www.technical-assistance.co.uk/kb/usbmsd98.php)
