I just started using windows calendar that comes with vista. And was wondering if anyone knows how to assign different colors to different appointments. Right now if I change one appointment than the rest changes as well. M starting to think it doesn't allow different colors like MS Outook does. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks Blam BUT I am the only person on the calendar so all my appointments are the same color. If i added another person to the calendar than i can change their appointments to appear in another color. What I am trying to do is organise my calendar alone.... like "pay day" can be green, "bills day" can be red, etc.

Anyways.. I can easily create different calendar names and just add all into one calendar.... a little messy but will work.

Not sure then, don't use Windows Calendar, use TB

Have you tried tried Windows Calendars' help function?

Yea, nothing about changing colors for one user only. But I have managed to find a way around that by creating different calendar names .... all good
