defragmenting programme

I would like to know where to find the defragmenting programme for my Copaq

To launch the defragmenting program in windows go to Start / Programs / Accessories / System Tools / Disk Defragmenter

or

Right click on any drive, select properties, click the tools tab and the the defragment button.

If this is your first defragment, you may also want to run 'Scan Disk' before running 'Disk Defragmenter', also found in Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools.
