Hi All,
The other day I piggybacked someone elses thread because my problem seemed similar, (By Gedc ?}' I tried to do an upgrade on CC but it would not work. It appeared to want me to buy the latest version, previously I had the Free Version. Doesn't the free version exist any more? Thanks. PJ

Sounds like youre going to the wrong site. Or something's redirecting your browser. Its still free according to the site. WHAT site did it take you to?

I did the update from CC when it told me that there was an update. I then Googled it & downloaded that CC version.

I will try to d/l Rob99's link & will let you know what happens. PJ

I could not get the version on this computer to do the upgrade, no matter what I did. So I deleted CC & started from scratch. Clearly I was doing summat wrong.

I now have the latest version & have used it.

Thanks All. PJ

Did you uninstall it first then reinstall it?? Not a good idea deleting folders, without uninstalling the program first

I found that CCleaner actually didn't remove the files it found totaly from my computer where Glary's Utilities free software did.
Glary Utilities better than CCleaner
Advanced uninstall better than Revo uninstall
