View Full Version : Accounting

Every month I run two identical versions of a DOS shareware accounting program named 'General Ledger'. The two copies are for separate sets of accounts. These have worked perfectly for several years. This month, I was able to run one set of the accounts, but the other returns a message 'Wrong disk in drive B' and the DOS prompt is returned to the name of the program and folder in which it resides.

Drive 'B' is a 5?' drive which I seldom use these days, and is only there in case of need. It did not have a disk in the drive. I tried inserting the original program disk, but this did not help. The folders for these sets of accounts are in a program folder on drive C:/ Each set of accounts runs from its own full program.

Can you help me please?
