Looks like that NVATA.sys crashing is a common (and well known) problem, with the Nvidia drivers.

The only way to fix it, by the looks of it, is to either uninstall the latest drivers, get an earlier version, or uninstall the Nvidia drivers altogether and let Windows install the drivers for you.
Only thing is, if the videocard you're using has TV out etc, they may not work with the MS default drivers.
