    Is it a U3 drive?

If it isnt, do you just want to copy the flash exe file to it, (as is).

Or do you want to use a browser from it?

Have you got a wireless router??

That may be the only way you can get Java on it, if it can have Java.

Or if it has ethernet use that.

Or are u using the Wii Wireless USB adapter?

If you're talking about installing the latest JRE to your USB flash drive, thats not going to be straight forward. Not only does it hook into the system with registry changes etc. on install, but there's also the fact that Java apps look in certain places for the JRE when run so you need to work around that to.

The best place to find out more information on a portable JRE installation is PortableApps.com with this section talking about a portable JRE solution for their Portable Suite of applications.

If all you want to do is transfer the latest Java install file, just download it (selecting the "offline version" which is about 14 MB) and once done, drag it to your drive.
    Consider it...umm █████

I heard from a friend and saw it myself that he got Java on his wii. I don't really no how he got it on but he gave me these instructions.
" first, get a usb flashdrive and plug it into your computer.
install the newest java runetime environment to your flashdrive."

Well I cant see how installing it on a flash drive, is going to get it to work on a Wii.

I dont think you would copy it to a Wii after its been installed on the flash drive.

If its a U3 flash drive, this maybe different. Since u can install programs on these, and nothing goes in the registry.
