    Default Event 45062 errors

    Vista/ATI Radeon X700 vid/LCD monitor.
Anyone else with a similar setup getting these atikmdag 45062 "CRT Invalid display type" errors in the system log? They started just after an ATI update from Windows Update Service on 24 Aug.

They don't seem to affect anything so guess I wait till another ATI update fixes it!

Youre right, it has something to do with the version of the drivers that are installed.

We get the same error here.

Altho I wouldnt get the updates from the Windowsupdate site

Thanks for reply. I did a driver rollback and the errors have now stopped. In Device Manager, the dvr that gave the problem was 8.391.0.0 and after the rollback it is now 7.14.10.8333. Interestingly, the ver 8 dvr was dated 26/6/2007 and the ver 7 dvr was 25/8/2007. I'll just leave it be and see what happens next update!
