Hi, does the supermarkets open half day on today Sunday or Monday?

Assuming most supermarkets would do roughly the same as where I work, then they're closed today and open on Monday. You'd think one day of being closed shouldn't matter much, but everyone buys up as if the third world war is coming...

Eh ? Is it cancelled? Oh Darn ! !
Should I return all the de-atomised food and dehydrated water I bought on E-bay?

    Yeah ...
Some pple always drive on holidays despite the traffic.
    Every holiday, every year.
Why don't they just take the train or the plane? Or just stay home and go at offpeak time.

Not everyone can afford to go on a plane or catch a train plus everyone starts their holidays at the same time roughly so there really are not off-peak times.
