Blue screen a second time.Help Help Please!

Right now my Pc just blkue screened for a second time this week.

it says that

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR


can someone please please help,me by explaining what the probelm and hpw I can fix it.?

Does it show one of these error codes ?

its a code like

*STOP:0x00 sort of thing that is quite long,

I dident write all of it down.

right did it again about a hr and half later.
I was only using internet and word.

the full thing said

thanks but i dont really get it Ive had this pc for quite a few years
now I havent installed any new hardware and its onlt started doing it in the last week.

that ccode was exactely right but was a help thanks
any one else got any info or help ideas .
