TrueVector Internet Monitor

Having removed Zone Alarm from my computer I find that True Vector Internet Monitor is still running and I suspect it interferes with internet access.
HiJack This and WinPatrol are unable to remove it and when I tried to disable it in Control Panel\Services I got the message "Access is denied"
Any suggestions? Thanks.

I think True Vector is a part of "Panda" antivirus systems ...
You're not running that system as well, are you? ...
