That process is the Works Calendar reminder. If you do not use this function, I think it can be disabled from running within Works, or by using msconfig and the startup list.
Have a problem with the above process - WksCal.exe - overloading the system but haven't a clue as to why ... can anyone help ??
Googled the process and it's a "non-vital" process associated with Works suite. Task manager shows it using 100% CPU Usage which immediately drops back to around 4% when "End Task" is initiated.
