    Hi All,
I will be grateful to whoever has the info needed.

Please can someone tell me how to do a "hard refresh" using a Mac.

    Many thanks.

I assume you are meaning refreshing the browser?

I think it is something like
press the option key and the refresh button on the toolbar (ath the same time) if using IE

Try here has guides for most browsers used on the Mac

    from the wikipedia link here

    * either: Hold down the Command and Shift keys, and press R.
    * or: Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload toolbar button.
    * or: donate the mac free of charge to a hopeful forum person, ME.

The very early versions had some issues, but I'm pretty sure that all updates since 1.0 have been ok. You can clear the cache by holding down the Apple + Option + E keys or via the Safari menu.
