Does anyone know how to ask a question on Steam because I got blowed out of all my games? I spend hours on Steam and got a dozen codes and two dozen run arounds

    Can you open steam?
When I couldn't recall my password I contacted them through that method.

    Alternatively loginto store.steampowered.com

    Define 'blowed out' please

I've been on steam for 10 years only to find out that my email they were using was the one I had 10 years ago and now I have another one which I have had for 7 years. I moved 4 months ago keeping the same email. I went on my 2nd computer for the first time in about 6 months and play my game Rage and then I went back to my regular computer and there wanted a password which I had 10 years ago. So I can no longer play any of my games because I had to change my username and password. I even tried to re-load Rage but couldn't because it belongs to someone else which is me. I got my main computer back on Steam but can't play any of my games.

Go through the forgot password rigmarole, you'll come up eventually with a link to contact them.
I had an almost identical situation, except I hadn't used my steam account for five years, so couldn't recall my username.
They were really good about it. It was sorted in under four hours. I just had to provide my old email addresses and describe the games I had. Then provide a receipt I found on an old email (email backups saved me there)

Add a cellphone number to your Steam Account. It provides an extra level of security, and an alternative way to prove your identity when these email nightmares happen.

You mean you created a new username? I think you can not change your Steam ID or Steam Accont Name. If you bought all your games under one Steam ID then you need to login in under that Steam ID.
