    Default random music ads playing on pc

    I need help.

    my work computer keeps playing random music/product ads through the speakers. this will play even if there is nothing open on my screen. i have run my anti viral program several times, deleted unwanted/needed programs and files but the ads keep playing. it is extremely annoying. how do i get rid of it

    Run it click on scan the system and save a log. Copy and paste the log here

    Post all of the log. You can tick these entries then tick fix checked. Close browsers

    Uninstall mywebsearch

    Get malwarebytes update it then do a full scan

    May be something siting in the internet files causing it as well.

    Run Ccleaner through it, this will empty the Temp internet files as well as other junk.

    i have ccleaner on my computer already. it hasnt been able to delete this file that keeps playing music.

    i deleted the files you asked. And what do you mean by Uninstall mywebsearch. i clicked the link above it and the link did not work

    Mywebsearch is spyware. It'll be in add/remove programs. Or whatever version of windows youre using. You tick the entries I posted not delete them

    sorry i checked them off then hit the button fix checked. i looked in my add/remove programs and there is not a mywebsearch. im using avira antivir control center as a antivirus program. is that ok?

    Avira is fine. I've never used it tho. If you want I can check with teamviewer. Give me the ID and password it gives you. So, I can log in. I would get malwarebytes as well update it, then do a full scan
