Default What is safe to get rid of?

Friend has a new VAIO laptop and it has HEAPS of bloatware installed, was hoping for a second opinion on what is safe to uninstall.

Also there are some Intel XXX Drivers there, should she keep them? Oh and the Intel Control Center and Intel Rapid Storage Technology.

    TIA

The Intel Rapid Storage tech maybe SATA / RAID drivers. If you remove these it'll probably fail to boot

I have no idea what the VAIO programs do tho. Do a search in google and see what they do / and if you need them
