    It must of worked for whatever reason because it hasn't shut down again although I uninstalled The Intel Toolbox by chance at the time whether that had something to do with it I don't know, Thanks...

    Ive uninstalled so its gone back to IE8 , no problems so far but I did notice there was a security update for IE11 on the 20th, maybe that the cause but I will reinstall IE11 and do what you said
