    Re: Retirement Villages

In Otaki, going down Mill Road, you turn left for the playcentre, right for the cemetery, or straight if you want to go to the pub

    Re: Steam

Go through the forgot password rigmarole, you'll come up eventually with a link to contact them.
I had an almost identical situation, except I hadn't used my steam account for five years, so...

    Re: Dam Daylight Saving again.

Traditional daylight savings trick. 10am before, alter clocks that are going to need altering. Proceed to drink until sense of time is lost. Wake up next day, as usual, no sense of lost time

    Re: New Desktop s

I have a spare bed in my room, which has the empty box the monitor came in, then the PC case on it's side, and then the monitor on that.

Re: Hands off my plastic Bags !

So if the leftover plastic was compressed into a floating island, no need to worry about receding shorelines?

Re: this is why I dont use password mangers

Is it easy to crack password protected excel files these days?

    Re: mp3

I guess a fair few people out there are using lossless (or close to lossless) formats with crappy speakers/headphones and wouldn't be able to notice the difference

    Re: Anyone in Waipa area?

I almost feel sorry for the council (but not quite). They can't legally force the owners to install stuff, so to me they're making the best of what they're allowed to do.

Is anyone familiar with the Railway Hotel in Otaki?
That's the place I'm potentially going to try and drag into the modern age

    Re: WIFI boosters

I doubt I can do the Ethernet option and it's an old house so I don't think there's any spare plugs, just multi boards.

    WIFI boosters

So where I'm staying, the WIFI connection doesn't quite reach to my room.
I'm basically upstairs of the router, and 15 metres along a corridor.

I've taken a quick look at wifi boosters, but have...

Is that the other model? (the 32gb)
The one you linked to didn't mention any slots, but the 32gb does. I couldn't see what the max size of the micro sd allowed was.

Does having the micro sd in it...
