Ive plugged a cable into the internet port of the Vodafone router but unsure of how to configure it as there is no bridge mode on the D6300
Ive just switched over to VDSL and previously had a Netgear D6300 router but it does not work on VDSL despite PB tech stating it was good for all, even fibre, anyhow Vodafone has supplied a VDSL...
Thanks, of course
Been working on this problem for a while now and tried your Power-requests , it came up with no problems but when I put in the power/energy command it stated about 9 problems and 3 warnings but how...
Thank Wainui , I'll try those when I get back
[QUOTE=wainuitech;1229240]Had the opposite actually. Disabled both sleep & Hybrid sleep mode and the silly thing still went into it anyway :sleep
Trouble was when it went to sleep I had to crash...
Thanks but I tried that , just doesn't want to work

The blue screen problem has gone but trying to reinstall IE11 but it wont, updates are ok
Ive uninstalled so its gone back to IE8 , no problems so far but I did notice there was a security update for IE11 on the 20th, maybe that the cause but I will reinstall IE11 and do what you said
Done that, no threats, its definitely IE11 that's causing it, if can stay on it long enough ill uninstall it
Ok , my apologies for not replying sooner , will try that , was running Kaspersky online scanner,, it picked up 12 problems but unable to find what they were because it would not connect for some...
thanks for that , its up to 40% so far and has picked up nothing
Im running a security scan through it at the moment
It boots ok and after about five minutes while on IE 11 it crashes
Can anyone help with this one please, its for a friends laptop , its happening frequently
