    Re: Aluminium Window latch

Exactly as Gary says. If you use the incorrect size bit/driver the chances of stuffing the screw head up and raising your blood pressure are vastly increased. A decent set of bits and/or drivers are...

Re: Create a partition just for Win10?

I would suggest that it is best to follow the advice given by 1101, linw and others. The simplest solution is always better IMHO. Unnecessary complications tend to lead to problems down the track.

If everything else is working correctly I would not be concerned. Do what Lawrence advised above and see if you find anything. I had some odd things like that showing up in Reliability Viewer a while...

Re: KiwiSaver - If not working?

James I think that you should go and talk to one or two KiwiSaver providers like for example ANZ and at least one other. That way you get expert advice rather than making your decision based on our...

I am very impressed Gary. It is looking great.
What do you do in your spare time? :)
  9. Re: Banking app and website work on wifi but not mobile data

Talk to your bank. I know that with my bank app that the device is registered for use individually. I can't log in with an unregistered phone. Probably your change of provider is the problem.

    Go for a clean install.
I have put the creators update on three different machines without problems. In fact I am quite pleased with it. It has been stable and appears quicker than before.
  12. Re: ADSL / VDSL sync speed increase over the weekend?

My VDSL connection has gone from around 40/10 to 65/25 in the past couple of weeks. No fibre around here as yet.

    Re: LAN problems? Strange behaviour

With my Synology DS I found that I had to put it into the same group as my Windows 10 PC in its settings before it would work as it should.

Prior to Win 10 it didn't care about that.

    Re: Budget

Interesting that the Greens voted with the government to pass the budget. About the first time I can remember that they have actually been for something instead of being automatically against.

    Re: An Aussie Tells it....

Let us all meet up here in about 50 or 100 years we may have enough evidence that everyone can agree is valid then. There is no way that there is going to be any agreement now.
