We know it's an issue, and as far as we're aware, the problem is either with vBulletin or with Microsoft IE10 - we can't do much until a patch is released. Sorry folks!

. . Alco ..... Cheers!!! It takes only one drink to get me drunk. The trouble is, I can't remember if it's the thirteenth or the fourteenth. - George Burns A woman drove me to drink and I never even had the courtesy to thank her. - W.C. Fields I envy people who drink - at least they know...
So there seems to be some teeth gnashing and wailing about $1.5b being poured in to UFB but an uptake rate of only 2%. Well if my experience is anything to go with, no wonder. I live two doors down from a school. Last month Chorus thrust their fibre under the footpath in front of my place....
Does anyone know where you make these?
it'll be way better than dialup. how much do these HD channels use anyhow? must be atleast 9mbit for a 1080i stream, thats a few TB each month. (24/7) a 100GB plan with adsl2 speeds (for everything but gaming) is more than possible. should be mandated to be offered.
If you have an idle 20 mins or so "The Last Bookshop" is a charming short film that is worth a watch. The film imagines a future in which bookshops have all but disappeared, a scenario not to hard to imagine. The film tells the tale of a boy who stumbles upon the last remaining bookshop and falls...
I thought i'd try them had my 1st visit to specsavers the young lady guided me through putting them in, got them in on my own OK then after coming out the examination room I couldn't do it again outside in the main area. Made another appointment about a week later to try again. And I still...

Mid May I purchased my first SLR since I chucked photography and sold all my gear around 1990 (35mm SLR, 6x6 and 6x7) I have been slowly getting interested in photography again over the last couple of years so decided the time was right to get back into it. Not for part time work like I used to do,...
I went up there to detail some plans re: some network cabling. Saw this black plastic/rubber round container that used to contain water approx just above the laundry room. What's that?
....and why is it making a noise? :( I was told that there was a "crashing sound" from the meter box that repeated a few times and then stopped, followed by a noticeable humming. I determined the hum was probably from the black box in the middle as I can feel it vibrating if I put my finger...
How many of you read a print copy of a daily newspaper?!
In ancient Israel, it came to pass that a trader by the name of Abraham Com did take unto himself a young wife by the name of Dorothy. And Dot Com was a comely woman, broad of shoulder and long of leg. Indeed, she was often called Amazon Dot Com. And she said unto Abraham, her husband, "Why dost...

Long time no post! So, what's new? I see there's a new forum starting up and the hammer is hanging over the PC World mag/forum. My life has changed alot in the last 12 months - new job, moved out, got a car, etc etc and PF1 has dropped off my list of frequent websites. Would someone care to...
A couple of years ago I had some wood steps build at my house's front door. About three mornings ago I went out to get the Southland Times in my slippers. I slipped on the wooden steps and landed hard on my back. I suffered bad bruising on the side of my back near the waist. I must have pinched a...
Do I feel the jealousy?
We got our VHF installed in 2000 by the pro's which they provided RG6 cable and a 2 way splitter. I got a UHF aerial from one of the wholesale electrical places, I can return without any issues. I only got 55% Signal and 10% Quality with a laptop's USB TV stick. It was a 15 Element aerial. ...

When mail, texts arrive on the 4, they appear in top left hand corner,(icon) from there one drags them down and gets the message. At the moment they do not move when dragging or holding, therefore I don't know what is happening. It has worked previously. I have installed Light flow, which...

I'm moving to a new place here in Napier and need a new ISP - don't really need a landline. Any recommendations? Currently with Telecom but wondered if I could get something cheaper for my broadband. 30 gigs per month will be more than adequate.
My daughter is studying again, and we can't find a Win8 driver for our very old Canon printer at home. I want to get a home printer, preferably wireless, and cheap ink (I know this combo is impossible but one can dream can't one?). I would presume most models these day come out with Win8 drivers?...
Anyone know what this tool is or used for? Had it for about 20 years. Searched onilne, Images, etc, but nothing. It does not seem to match any of my punches, drifts, or cutting disc mandrels. Octaganol 100mm stem, and made in Japan, with symbol "EC" with a anchor/umbrella symbol (similar style to...
