    Hey, is there any way to make excel display time in hrs/mins and using that value to calculate pay? Ie someone worked 4hrs 35min @ $10p/h = $45.83 In excel i would normally have to write it as 4.58 hours. Is there anyway to convert it so i can write it as 4.35 hrs? Thanks!
