i have two HDD (37.5GB and 18.6GB) the largest on is the main hdd with WinXP home. the smallest HDD is partitioned into 4 logical drives i did this with the computer management console thingy (right click my computer\manage) i want to partition the large HDD into paritions so everything has its own logical drive (pictures, music etc) and that way i keep track of how space on each drive. the only problem is i dont want to delete XP to partitiopn the drive, what software, (free if possible) can do this for me?

And as this is an easily accessed computer, can logical drives be password protected? like the documents drive?

any help would be great. thanks

Partitionmagic would partition the main hdd, but it isnt free.

XP Pro might pw protect folders etc, but the hdd may also have to be formatted in NTFS, for this to work. I'm pretty sure there are free programs around that let u pw protect folders.

Or just give the pc a password. So noone can log into it.
