Missing My Documents Shortcut in File Browser Dialogue Box

I have for an unknown reason lost the shortcut to the "My Documents" folder shortcut in the left pane of the File Open Browser Dialogue Box which is used to open files in MS Office. I used to click on "My Documents" and then browse to the file I wanted.

But it's gone now and I cannot get it back. I can't drag a shortcut into this pane. What can I do?

Any help or pointers will be much appreciated.
