Being an international service, Google must cater for the wide ranging diversities of its users. I was pleased to find it offers pages for hackers (http://www.google.com/intl/xx-hacker/), wabbits (http://www.google.com/intl/xx-elmer/) and those who prefer to speak in pig latin (http://www.google.com/intl/xx-piglatin/).

Main page here (http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en). :p

So how come there isn't one in txt speak?

Because txt speak isn't a language... it's a form of writing created by lazy people who can't spell or can't be bothered trying to spell.
