Hi I'm looking for StevieRay. Raise your hand if you are still around?

Died in an aircraft crash, a few years back now, you missed the funeral! too bad. Like Elvis, he has been seen around the place but, not since May.

Crying shame, the man could realy play.

Cheers Murray ;)

Yes it is. He was the source of many a good nights entertainment on PF1 in the weekends.

Not to worry Murray, where he led, others may follow, in the fullness of time. ;)

Cheers

Crashed and burned. :_| But hey - the music lives on. I'm a Joe Satriani fan myself. :D

Excellent.

IMO anybody who can make a guitar talk is worth listening to whatever music genre they adhere (or don't) to, Jimmy Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Django (Jean) Reinhardt, John Williams, Eric Clapton (just) any number of blues/jazz artists and, even some of the heavy metal lads can turn a good phrase. It's all good for the soul.

Musicians should be banned from small planes, hellicopters and shrinks.

Acorn old pal, it was you who wnated to know about Stevie Ray was it not. Sorry I didn't provide any links but, if you want an introduction to his music there is a compilation album available at all good music stores, not as good as the individual ones but I'm sure you'll like it all the same.

Cheers Murray ;P

I was referring to the PF1 user StevieRay (http://pressf1.pcworld.co.nz/profile.jsp?user=9803) also known as this person (http://pressf1.pcworld.co.nz/profile.jsp?user=9936) too.

A story to be told of nights of old who now were bold, where lay a secret kept in green and gold, for all to see eventually,a town called Derby,England where still remains alive the one who you called Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Lock it up tight.

I believe that's the good Madame's department ninja.... ohhhh! hang on, was that persona around just before Jen was made a Mod? Is the disappearance of Madame Lash related perchance, different uniform but same old implements

That would explain a whole lot of things quite neatly now, would it not :xmouth:

I can think of one or two common denominators, one in particular that may, or may not carry a whip from time to time.

Or it could be me. I haven't posted much in the past weeks/month, have any of the threads you've posted in been locked lately? I could help you get to the bottom of it, wouldn't take too much doing, as you well know :D

BTW. What's Surecom gear like. Crap?
