For a few days now I have noticed that I have no toolbars in the "My Computer" and in the Control Panel (and it's contents) windows when I click on it.

I suspect that this is due to something I installed, however I have uninstalled all the recent applications and I am just left with my normal stuff... Windows (duhhhh!!!), Office, Anti-Virus etc.

Anyone know how I can get my toolbars back.

PS: When I say toolbars I mean the one which says, BACK, FORWARD, UP, FOLDERS, CUT, COPY, PASTE etc

This is baffling.

Your thoughts and advice would be appreciated.

View, Toolbars, Standard Buttons?

If not, which version of Windows do you have?

Do you have file edit view etc?,if you do the answer should lay in the view dropdown.

Try right-clicking the area where the toolbar was. Are there ticks next to Standard Buttons, Address Bar and Lock the Toolbars? If not try enabling them.
