Some time ago I prepared some seventeen small PowerPoint presentations. Now one of my colleagues is going to attempt to integrate these into our Intranet. She is somewhat confident but wonders if her approach is valid. The way she phrases it is:

"We can store PowerPoint in a shared folder and link to it. This works fine - I once tried to convert a PP to HTML but that didn't work too well besides converting using the built in function is not recommended by web designers."

Is this the best way of viewing how to get there please ?

If these Powerpoint presentations will be on your local network then just keep them as *.pps(the only thing, that the people who want to view these will need to have MS PowerPoint on there computer to view them.)

I hope this help :), if not post back here.

Yeah just have the .pps (or ppt) there on the network to view. It sounds as if it's all internal traffic so it will be fine.
