cant get free imag disk to go

new at this business;bought i mag magazine jan/feb issue; got free disk with it; put disk in disk drive ; click on it on 'my computer' window; picture comes up that shows 'setup' in top left corner; disappears after about 10 seconds: so how do i get this disk to work

Maybe try right click in My Computer/explore, look through contents, find setup.exe, double click.

I don't know what the disk is, but that's how you get most going.

Hi, *usually* just put the cd in the drive and it will automatically start. If trying to run the setup file does not work. Then give IDG a call, there number is in the first couple of pages of Imag. They will be able to arrange a replacement CD.
